Food and bar, thoughtfully built in.
At Union Station, food and beverage are handled in-house by Rosemary & Rye, the Charleston catering and bar team behind the venue.
It is a simpler way to host. Your venue, food, bar, staffing, and service are planned together from the start, so the experience feels seamless without adding more vendors to manage.

Beverage service at Union Station
Bar service at Union Station is handled by Rosemary & Rye. Whether your event needs a simple beer and wine setup, a full-service bar, signature cocktails, or thoughtful zero-proof options, our team will help you choose the bar setup that fits your guest count, timeline, and event style.
Outside alcohol is not permitted. This allows us to staff the bar properly, manage service safely, and keep everything aligned with venue requirements and South Carolina alcohol regulations.
Bar options
Rosemary & Rye offers a range of beverage options for Union Station events. Your final bar setup will depend on your guest count, event format, service style, and the kind of experience you want to create.
Our team can walk you through what makes the most sense for your event, whether you want to keep the bar simple or make it a more memorable part of the guest experience.

Signature cocktails and zero-proof drinks
If you want something more custom, Rosemary & Rye can help create signature cocktails that fit the tone of your event, menu, or brand. These can be named, batched, garnished, and served in a way that feels intentional without making the bar overly complicated.
Zero-proof options are also available for guests who are not drinking alcohol. These can go beyond the standard soda and water setup, giving every guest something thoughtful to enjoy.
How bar planning works
Bar service is planned as part of your event details. Once we know your guest count, event timeline, and general preferences, our team can recommend the right beverage setup and talk through the best format for service.
Because bar packages and pricing may vary based on event needs, final beverage details will be confirmed during the planning process.
